Enigmatic master of a fencing academy and political opponent of the Queen. Jenny and Victor suspect him to be the current Black Jack. Hero worship is involved. They both take fencing classes at his academy now.
He helped organizing the escape of Trinia Szabor after Black Jack saved her from being executed.
A few years ago there was a scandal which involved Vencarlo, Grau Soldado and Sabina Merrin, the Queen’s personal bodyguard.

The Field Marshal is head of the Korvosan Guard and resides in the Citadel. She is sworn to protect the city of Korvosa.
Cressida is a powerful handsome woman, who invests all her energy in keeping the peace in the city. This is a difficult task in the current circumstances. She is very professional and will not let her personal opinions interfere with her duty: to uphold the oath of the Guard is her highest purpose. She is considered incorruptible.

The party meets him when he’s on a drinking spree following the death of King Eodred II and the ascension of Queen Ileosa. They sober him up, put him straight and return him to the Citadel.
The encounter him again when he invites them for a drink and a chat.
The third time he comes to their door for the help of Piousa, as his niece has fallen terribly ill and there is nobody else he can think of who can help her.
Session 6, end of book 1
January 3rd, 2010After the party has had a rough night in the dungeon, they decide it is time to take some rest. The closest location they can think off is the cathedral of Pharasma, which is on the graveyard itself. They go there and ask for healing for both Jenny and Patrick (Lauren’s new rat). In the cathedral they find the help they need and everyone gets a good rest. Victor even manages to get some healing potions and holy water at a bargain price. The next morning it is time to head back to the dungeon, let’s hope that the rest of the body of the shoanti will still be there…

December 24th, 2009De boodschap is duidelijk overgebracht de laatste keer. Er is een oorlog in de maak en alleen de groep kan voorkomen dat hij plaatsvindt. Victor is echter nog steeds met zijn hoofd bij Trinia, de mogelijke moordenaar van de koning. Nadat hij gevraagd heeft hoe het haar vergaat en heeft geregeld dat hij haar nog mag spreken besluit de groep dat het tijd is dat ze een plan opstellen om de stad te redden van een mogelijke oorlog. Sessie 4
December 15th, 2009Het is alweer enkele dagen geleden dat de boten van Barvasi zijn afgebrand en de stad lijkt langzaam maar zeker steeds rustiger te worden. De sfeer wordt steeds beter en deze avond zijn Victor, Jenny en Lauren aan het genieten van een lekker drankje in een herberg. Die avond komen ze nog een bekende tegen, Grau de dronken wachtsergeant die ze weer op weg hebben geholpen. Hij dankt hun honderduit voor wat ze voor hem gedaan hebben en hij bied ze nog enkele drankjes aan. De avond verloopt soepel en de drank is lekker, wat kan het leven toch mooi zijn…

December 14th, 2009After the demise of King Eodred II civil unrest spreads through the city like wildfire. The people are divided between those who support Queen Ileosa and those who regard her as an opportunistic Chelish gold digger. After all, in her first months in the city the Queen dismissed Korvosa as a backwater place and her family -important Chelish nobility- were openly against the marriage.
It doesn’t help there are rumours about the kings illness – some claim he died because he was poisoned over time- and that the Seneschal disappeared when the first riots broke out. His fate is as of yet unknown.
The Harrow Deck
